‘Lily’ – Love in the Language of Yarn is a nonprofit charity with the primary objective to provide blankets for Syrian refugee children in camps in Turkey. ‘Lily’ also gives winter warmers to orphanages throughout Turkey, and when possible helps to re-home Syrian families, taking them off the streets, and out of squats and camps. 'Lily' is supported by businesses and individuals in Turkey and abroad, through donation of funds, as well as yarn, knitting and crocheting, and transportation of completed blankets. 'Lily' has no paid employees. All the good work is done on a strictly volunteer basis.
