Easter is traditionally a time for families to come together and share a special meal.
Under the guidance of chef Murat Dağlıoğlu, who has been serving as Executive Chef in Grand Hyatt Hotel Istanbul since 2012, we will learn some new dishes and prepare together our own special lunch, before sitting down to share a wonderful meal together.
-Quinoa crusted brie cheese on Steamed green apple and asparagus, mint pesto
- Beef wellington, sweet potato puree, smoked tomato coulis
- Strawberry carrot on Malibu coffee mousse pot
- 1 glass red or white wine Or 2 glass soft drink or coffee or tea
