Join our long-standing IWI member and cookery expert, Arzu Hancer, in the comfort of her beautiful home, to learn and enjoy some of Turkey’s Mediterranean food tradition.
Under Arzu’s guidance, we will have the hands-on opportunity to prepare a variety of traditional dishes from the south of Turkey. Arzu will be delighted to explain her techniques, share her tips for success and provide background information on ingredients and the food culture of this region.
Together we will be prepare, and enjoy eating!, these dishes –
· Hummus trio ( Hummus made 3 different ways)
· Chicken with Tahini and pistachios
· Bulgur salad with roasted pumpkin and dried apricots
· Quince poached in pomegranate juice served with clotted cream.
